The fuel gauge self destructed in my 79' Eagle 05. The VDO part number is 301.272 and is not available online that I have found. My question - does anyone know what ohm load the vdo tank senders in the 05 eagles are? I've found a number of vdo fuel gauges but I need the ohm load - probably either:
1. 90-0 Ohm
2. 240-33 Ohm
3. 10-180 Ohm
4. 0-90 Ohm
5. 16-158 Ohm
Another thought - I should be able to determine which model i've got by checking the sending unit with an ohm meter- right?
