I am changing an 04 from booster assist to
a 492 sheppard. Can I change a spring in the stock
pump and use it, or should I change it to a high
pressure pump.
Thank you

I was told if you have the small Vickers pump with the intregral reservoir it would not have the capacity for the Shepard box. I purchased the larger pump with a separate tank. Works great. I can get the model no's if you need them.

You can change the releif valve and that will do it but you have to have the pump that has a remote resorvoir as the smaller one will not do the job
