Les,
My ERS policy is with Pro Assist, included with my Progressive Insurance Co collision/liability policy. I've used it once when I needed a tow to a shop. The only hassle/delay was due to Pro Assist not having a contract with any nearby towing outfits equipped to handle a bus and an inexperienced representative whom didn't understand that a bus needs a bigger tow equipment than the average RV.
After rejecting two outfits that showed up with inadequate trucks, drivers with questionable competence and rejecting a third on the phone, I requested and spoke with a PA supervisor. She authorized me to hire the company I wanted and pay for the tow myself, whereupon I was promptly reimbursed by PA.

I think that for the number of services offered, and the price, it is hard to beat RRR. Affiliated with Good Sam (but NOT Good Sam's policy) $70.00 per annum. Cheers...JJ

I have the ERS that is provided from the FMCA Family Motor Coach Association. I blew a tire in Texas a short while back and called them. It was only about an hour or so there was a man there to change the tire. I signed my name and was on my way. I have sience found out that I also have ERS with my Ins, Reliance America. I have talked to others and they say that it is very good too.

Thank you all for your input!
I will keep checking the board for more input; as a Canadian besides CAA it comes down to RRR
