Hi all,

(Still don't have my MC 9, but hoping to take care of that soon). Beginning to layout my floorplan, and could use the inside dimensions of an MC 9 if somebody has them handy. I realize mine may vary slightly depending on construction, but it should be close enough for my rough drafts. Also, anybody who knows the height dimensions (non-raised roof) at the sides and center, for both front and rear of the bus, that would be nice to have as well. The latter is not essential now, since I'm concentrating on the birds-eye view, mainly to be able to do my systems layouts.

Thanks in advance,
John

John:
If you have AutoCAD, I'd be happy to email you a *.dwg file of the scaled plan view of an MC-8. Email me if you want it.

John, here are the interior dimensions of my MC-9. It is completely gutted inside, so the side-to-side numbers I am giving you are "frame-to-frame". If you plan on leaving any of the interior, you must make adjustments as needed, or adjust for whatever you are planning to use as interior sheathing. I took my front-to-rear dimensions from the existing back wall of the coach. The front driver's area/stairwell/door do some unusual things that are hard to explain the dimensions to, but this should give you plenty of data to begin your design.

The interior of the coach is 91" wide, frame-to-frame.
The raised engine cover in the rear of the coach is 19.25" deep.
On the passenger side of the coach, the main floor from the front of the engine cover to the edge of the stairwell is 32' 8".
On the driver's side of the coach, the main floor from the front of the engine cover to the edge of the driver's area is 32' 3.75".
The stairwell is 26.5" across.

Hope this helps! MR
