I was wondering if anyone can tell me about any of the delivery information or history on my bus. It's a 1941 Yello/GMC, PDG4101-219. Thanks Bruce |

Bruce - Well, it took some digging thru my roster, but I found the following: PDG4101-219: Atlantic Greyhound Corp, Charleston, WV, fleet number 849, delivered new in June 1941. So you can truthfully tell folk you own a genuine Greyhound bus! RJ PD4106-2784 Fresno CA |

Hey Bruce, I probably rode in it before you did. I used to use Greyhound frequently during the war years while traveling from Charleston to Spencer. LOL Richard |

RJ Thanks for the information on my bus. It came out of Ohio and was used as a gospel bus for a while--the group was called the Joyful Sounds. I imagine this group was from the early 70's considering the interior was coverted using lots of orange and gold shag carpet. It even came equipped with a live recording of their music and a revival meeting. This is the only history I have on the bus. Thanks Bruce |
