Just picked up an Eagle 15 and it is quite a bit different in the engine compartment(6V92T) than my old MCI was. Can someone share info as to where the various major components are? ie: air compressor, alternator, etc.

Ok know where the alternator is ..belt driven behind the DS Rear lights..problem is engine runs great but will not air up at all, no sound of air or air leakage. Does anyone know physical location of compressor on the eagles?
Thanks
BTW I am waiting for a manual....
Is the alternator belt driven? How about the compressor?

The 15's that used to be in our fleet had the air comp gear driven on the curbside of the bus - left bank. They also had the alternators gear driven on the streetside of the bus - right bank.We had hyd fan motors too.
You should also be able to lift up the door at the rear curbside and swing the a/c condenser out of the way to gain access to the air comp too.
Make sure the bus is not running when you do this.
You don't want to get hurt by the spinning cond fan.Good luck.
