Every evening for the past week i have been trying to down load pictures of My 9 to my profile no luck. |

David - try this:
1) Size your picture to be no larger than 150 pixels on a side. If it is not square (most aren't) then make the long axis 150 pixels.
2) Also make sure you save the file in a JPEG (.jpg) format (not .gif, .tif, or anything else) to a spot on your disk that you can easily find.
3) Go to the upper right hand corner of this board and click on the "Edit Profile" link.
4) Scroll down until you see the Picture heading.
5) At the picture heading click the browse button. This will bring up a file navigation box. Use the box to select the 150 pixel .jpg file from the easy location you saved it to.
Once you have the file name selected in your file navigation box, click the Open button. Clicking the Open button should return you to the Profile page on BNO with a filename filled in the picture area. (Different versions of windows may label this button something other than open, but it should be in the lower right of the dialog box somewhere.
6) A couple of lines below the now filled in file name on the BNO page is a button labeled "Save Profile Changes". Click that an you should be good to go. The BNO software will upload your 150 px .jpg and install it in your profile.
If you have touble sizing / converting your picture, feel free to send it to me via email... I have successfully sized and converted a few others. I'll send it back to you as soon as I notice it. It's all selfish, I want to see more buses!
