I'm in Iowa right now through Friday looking for something to do. I'm gonna be in Cedar Rapids tonight for a while then working my way to Hampton
for a show on friday and maybee another on wed. waiting to hear from a guy on that one.

I dont know much about Cedar Rapids, but I assume you mean Hampton, IL. I grew up near there. They have a nice (26mi I think) blke trail along the Mississippi River that you can access from Hampton. Also walking up close to the dam is interesting. I would suggest the Rock Island Arsenal and the Lock and Dam visitor center in Rock Island. And if you like ice cream, the noted place is Whiteys Ice Cream. They have a couple of locations in that area. Im not a gambler, but they have gambling boats in Davenport,IA

Actualy it's Hampton ,Iowa. I've traveled every mile of the missippi between stillwater minnisota and Fort madison the last two weeks. I'll be taking my bus to nashvile in about a month and a half for the most of the winter before heading to warmer sunny areas.
