I did mine, after spending a lot of time thinking and asking about it. I believe Peter Broadribb did his, and I know Tony Gogenola had some good pictures of his. It really isn't difficult, and the results are great. You will need to weld new brackets. Don |

Mel, a couple of cautions. When we had ours done, on the first try, the pot had to be taken apart to remove it. When it was inspected by the garage owner, he said that it must be redone so that the pots could be removed without disassembly. The brackets might be exposed to up to 5,000 lbs. of thrust from the pots if there is no inversion valve, so they must be sturdy enough to handle this without developing cracks. The pots are 30/30 and I really like the setup. Good luck on your installation. Tom Caffrey PD4106-2576 Suncatcher Ketchikan, Alaska |
