Hey all, I am making this my last post to remind everyone that the Timmonsville, SC Get Together is coming up in 1 more week. October 5th through the 8th. We are going to have Jack COnrad cutting holes in Bob Wies' door, I'm gonna try and repeat my success at aluminum welding with my small MIG welder. Live Bluegrass and Gospel music is planned, (by the way, I hear we need a banjo picker, any volunteers)? A pig is gonna get cooked, we'll also be having a Swap Meet to unload all the junk, unh, priceless treasure you've been hoarding. More information and a registration form is available at: http://www.busconversonstuff.com/eventpage.htm If you can't make that one, make sure you don't miss Bryce Gastons, TN FALL BUSH BASH @ Knuckle's" Oct 26th-31st. And you can eat and drink your fill and get to pull your coach over the pit for a good inspection and a chance to accomplish some small underneath jobs! More information on this one is at: http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?topic=1160.0 And one more to mention: The NJT get together sponsered by Christy and Larry Hicks in Carthage, Mo. Information is at: http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?topic=876.0 |

A banjer player would be great...maybe you could find one locally? Put Cat on the job...Cat can do it! I wouldn't miss the "hole cutting" event on NCBob's bus for anything! Got me a lawn chair with those little cool-aid holders for doubles! Loaded up some good "stuff" for you. Have some nice MC mufflers. I'm going ot bring a couple of these take out windows and the drivers window. Took the spare out (bad karma!) and plan to put the windows in the spare tire compartment. Should work fine. They are in decent shape and you're closer to the big highway than I. Hate to throw the things away! Been trying to give them away for 2 years. Got the cruise control hooked up, and it appears to be working. I know how it operates, and everything works as indicated...but I'm not sure that I understand the purpose of the "enable" light. It comes on when the CEL lights up when the ignition is initially turned on?? Reckon this is how it works. No engine trouble codes. Have not tried to start it....???? Trust it'll run. I sure diddled around with some wires! Living dangerously I suppose. I'm gonna bring 3 cases of Rotella T 40 wt too if anyone needs some. NCBob got 3 cases and I believe I'll keep the rest. See ya'll next Thursday middle of the day. JR (Message edited by njt5047 on September 27, 2006) |

I'll sell it for what I paid for it...$41. bucks per case. Couple years ago bought a LOT of oil for one little bus...mistakes are made. Sold some, used some, stil got enough for the rest of my life plus little. I'm bringing 3 cases with 6 gallons per case. No shipping handling or taxes! Let me know if you want one or two...or three, and I'll just keep what you want in the bus. Are you running a 2 stroke? I would'a thought you were a 4 stroke coach. Best, JR (Message edited by njt5047 on September 28, 2006) |

Nah My H3 has a 8v92. I wasn't lucky enough to get a 60 series! LOL Put me down for a case and I'll get it from you in T-Ville! If you still got 2 when we meet, I may get another one! Thanks Ace |

JR, I am interested in that OIL also for Timmonsville next week, I own of coarse you must have already assumed have a (8V71) but will need oil, who knows when but might as well get it if I can. What brand is it and I am sure it is straight 40 wt. right? Email me and I hope to purchase some if you bring it with you for ACE as well. |

Gary, I believe it's all been spoken for. You're welcome to any that someone may not want. It's Rotella "T" 40 wt. I bought, by accident, a few too many cases. I've sold some in the past, and had only 4 or 5 cases to unload. I'm keeping 4 cases...for the future. One case plus one gallon will change my oil (25-26 qts). See you at T'ville! JR |
