Marry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone! We would like to share another bus experience with you guys. Over the weekend we spent time with a fellow bus enthusiast and viewed his collection of vintage vehicles.

Below are links to some pictures of his PD- 4108 seated coach. This bus was featured in the movie "We are Marshall". In the movie it is always the second bus with chrome wheels; you will notice that the mirrors were digitally enhance. The bus is in mint condition.

The buses were featured three times in the movie; first in the opening, then again at the airport and finally in the second cemetery scene where you can hear the 8v71 engines purring. The movie was a great one which is based on a true story; I would recommend seeing it.

Also featured in this movie from the collection are three vintage (early 1960s) Cadillac limousines featured in the first cemetery scene and a white Cadillac convertible featured later in the film. I believe the hearse was also featured.

Not in the film is the Otis Redding's Flxible. This bus was restored some 30 years ago, a recent fire destroyed the interior, but it was fully restored. You will see two 1930s Zephyrs and a green 1939 Cadillac Coupe not featured in the movie.

You can see some nice shots of a 4905 in STRIPES and nice shots of a MC6 in the movie KOTCH . You might like the movie THE BIG BUS for some ideas?

i watched the big bus with my lady, and she spent a large portion of it saying "no, you may not put one of those on your bus" ... heh. it was really the first disaster movie spoof, and it's pretty funny.

(and yeah, i did get some good ideas off it >:-)
