For that kind of scratch, I would be scared to drive it. Probably gonna wind up sitting static in some museum. |

Hi Chris, Just a quick comment about this particular bus, because you are the second one who posted about this auction in the last week: I have attached the pertinent auction results page for February, 2006 at the Scottsdale 35th Anniversary 2006 auction from the B-J web site. It looks like Lot 1307, the '50 GM Futurliner fetched a very handsome $4,320,000. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I saw the auction on TV recently as a repeat, but I think the price was rolled back to an even 4 mil. Hey, when the price gets up that high, you're worried about neither the other $320,000. nor the price of diesel fuel. Ian www.busnut.com
