My friend has a mci but being a GM busnut I do not know where to find the model and serial number. Any help?

Larry -

When originally built, you'll find a plaque similar to our GMCs riveted above the driver. There should also be a plaque riveted to the bulkhead, centered above the squirrel cages in the blower compartment - you'll need a ladder to climb up and clean the crud off to read it.

Also should be one on the inside of the battery compartment door
