Does anyone know if a windshield from a 1978 MCI-9 would fit a 1976 MCI-8?

I'm pretty sure MC8 windshields are different, but can't really remember if it was a 7 or 8 that I was comparing.

MC 9 windshields will not fit an MC8. MC9 has taller windshields.
Wouldn't know about availability of MC8 windshields, but new MC9 windshields are cheap...relatively.

The mci9 windshields are 4" taller than the mci-8. I put 9 w/s in an mci-8 but bought the fiberglass mask and extra metal from Caylors bus salvage parts. I purchased my w/s new from mci, could not beat the price & free shipping. They also had the "8" w/shields. Ray |
