There are a bunch of other Mfg for basically similar units.
Some , Espar , Webasto ,Pro heat ect are direct Mfg, (parts ONLY come from them].

The second approach is the assembelers , that stick off the shelf stuff into a package .

Hurricane , and many others do this , at a lot lower cost than the Mfg's do.

LOTS easier to find off the shelf parts at O'Dark 30 when it craps out.

Fast Fred,
I liked what you said about Hurricane assembling a system with off the shelf parts. I couldn't find anything about them on the web. Where can I find about that system?
Thanks
John

John, If you look at time and headake savings, it is hard to beat an Aqua-Hot unit for the job it does. Sure beats having to match all the components. I have had one for 9 yrs and another for 6 yrs and they do not crap out at "Dark 30" any more than others. All I have ever replaced is the fuel filters. The burners have never been cleaned and they perform as well as new. I will buy another for the next conversion (if there is one). A fully self contained unit is the way for me. FWIW Gene R.
