I'm thinking about taking a look @ an Eagle 20 that's for sale near me. the seller's husband died last year after gutting the bus, and now its just sitting as an empty shell. I don't know the particulars as of yet, but they have no price listed, only "make an offer", and that doesn't help me out much. I'm not trying to lowball too much(but a cheap bus is nice:-)), but I know she's wanting to off it. unfortunatly, I don't know where to begin figure wise. any help from the gurus? thanks in advance!

If it has a good radiator, decent tires, not too much body damage, electric start instead of air, runs out nice: between $8000-$12000. The Eagle 20 shell has good bones with the corten steel (bridge steel)frame, stainless steel lower etc. My range is a little on the low side but then fuel prices are certainly higher these days and that tends to depress value an a big oil burner that is not in commercial service making dollars. FWIW YMMV
