Hello, I am new to the bus world. Cant fly anymore and can not ride bikes any more so here I am. Can any one tell Me what the air bag pressure should be for the tag, drive and fronat axles. My bus seems like it is nose down. Present pressures are tag45 drive70 and front75 lbs. Thanks

Air pressure should be what it takes to maintain the factory recommended ride height stated in "Da Book". In the case of my 4104 (35 ft, two axle, 26,000 lbs) it's about 60 pounds front and rear.

John,
James is right, there is no "set" pressure. Pressure is a function of weight, air bag size, and number of bags. Yes, tag axles do have regulators. Please see my post of this morning when you asked this question the first time.
And, DON'T GO UNDER AN AIR-RIDE BUS WITHOUT BLOCKING IT PROPERLY AT THE JACKING POINTS!
HTH still means hope this helps,
George

John,if your air system hasn't been modified, the air leveling valve in the front may need to be adjusted. Do you have 12R-22.5" tires?
the way to determine if the height is correct is to safely block up bus where you can slide underneath.....then.....look for the suspension stop...it should have a 2" rubber bumper and is directly over the front axle. The correct height is 2" travel between the rubber bumper and the stop. If the rubber is missing, 5" from metal to metal (and needs new bumper)
The spec for the air regulator in the front is 65lbs pressure.
Leveling valves are replaced as routine maintenance. If yours look old, they may simply need to be swapped for new.
Last I bought were from Mohawk 800-323-7652
front and RH rear are 12C-6-1, and the LH rear is 12C-6-2. From Mohawk, they are $44.94 each. Front shocks may also help, 12B-5-1 @ $31.03 each.
