Where do I find the heater and defroster coils so I can bleed the air after changing the water pump on a PD4106?

the defroster coil is behind the dash panel as you come up the stairs after you remove it theres another smaller steel plate you remove and you can see the coil the bleed screw is a flat head that faces toward you. mine was frozen

heater bleed is in the heater compartment on the heater line

larry; on the 06 you will see a small hole on the right top side of the plate covering the defrost/heater core look in it and you will seea straight slotted screw and that is the bleeder. mostly it will be piped to the outside so you won't have to worry where the water is going. this applies pretty much for all gm coaches too.

My defrost coil does not have a bleeder. I tore the front apart to get to the coil only to find it never had a bleeder. How do I bleed air now? 1961 4106

I removed the return hose just a little bit while the engine was running. Just enough to let a little water out. When it quits squirting air, then slip it back on. Makes a mess of sorts, but that was the only way I could get mine bled.
