Hello
I was wondering has anyone out there done window removal on an MCI 8 i am just starting mine and some tips would be helpful

I removed the hinge pins and removed the windows then removed the other half of the hinge.
The fixed windows require rivet removal.
Beware the windows are heavy.

Thanks Joe for the info. I was wondering now that i am that far what or how do i skin over the holes
where do i find the proper rivets and how heavy is the material that is used to cover windows.

In answer to your riveting question and reskinning question refer to: BUS CONVERSIONS magazine May '99, page 20, "Reskinning Made Easy" and Sept '99, page 22, A "Riveting Good Story" which tells you almost all you'll need to know about rivets.
