I found a website that has turbocharger build sheets. It is here:

Since I suspected that my turbocharger was a TV71 or TV81 series, I clicked on several of the turbochargers and found one that matched my turbine wheel, compressor wheel, and AR exactly.
Maybe this would be a good link for somebody else trying to identify a turbocharger.
