Okay I have had it. Found two doors for a MCI 9, but company won't return our calls. I guess because I don't have the $22000.00 to have it done. We fell if we can do a conversion we should be able to cut one more hole and put the door and lift in. Where do I find a bus wrecking yard or yards on the west coast that might have just wrecked buses or school buses? thanks for listening.

Rick,
Try A-Z Bus Sales in Colton, CA. Last time there a couple years ago they were pulling wheel chair doors and panning over with steel. I presume they either sold or junked the doors. The important thing is when you have your door cut in, don't cut above the roof frame or below the floor, and you won't have any structural problems. Good luck. |

Rick, I don't know if it can be used for your application but I am going to be pulling the wheel chair lift from my RTS soon. Obviously the door wouldn't work but you might be able to use the hydraulic stuff. E-mail me if you are interested. |
