Greetings All, Here are the details of the upcoming event. Location: Hickory Creek Campground 1801 N Mill St. Lewisville TX 75057 When: September 13-16, 2007 I called this morning, this is the information that was given to me. You must make your own reservation, either online at http://www.recreation.gov/tx/Hickory_Creek/Campground/r/campgroundDetails.do?agency=NRRS&p arkId=1200 or call 877-444-6777 between the hours of 10 am -12 pm Monday thru Friday. You must reserve and pay for your own spot. The following sites are available as of this morning, 105 (Dreamscape), 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 117, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123 and 124. They will not hold any spots without payment in full. That is enough for 18 coaches, so far we have 16 that have showed interest. Please read the link for Hickory Campground and see the details for the group area and each site. This must be done as soon as possible to insure that we get the sites we want. I just completed my reservation. Any questions, please get in touch with me by email. Good Luck and Happy Trails, Paul Dreamscape |

This is a great group area, away from the 'weekenders', but please note that the sites in this area are 30 amp only, if that presents an issue with you. So far I've never had to use more than one AC at a time anyway, so no big deal, I don't think, but you should be aware of it. Map & Actual, both rotated 90 CW, so north is to the right: |

Well, I couldn't stand it any longer. I'm in. This will be, if it actually happens, our shake down trip in the bus. We'll use this event as a goal to get 'er done. Thanks for the push, Paul. Randy |

Don't forget to let me know which site you take. I would like to have a list generated before the event. I think that gives us 18 attending. Looking forward to meeting you. Paul |

Because of all the rain there has been some flooding at the campground. Hope it all dries up before September. Right now the campground is closed, now the cleanup begins. If the situation does not get better we might have to change for higher ground. I will update the progress as information becomes available. |
