Hi all, I have a lester electrical charger/converter 30/60 amp automatic. I love this this as it works well on the charger side. I would like to repair the unit. the problem is on the converter side. the converter is making 8.4 volts ands I was sondering what would cause that. I have called lester E and they sent me the manual. I have opened the unit and loosened and retighten all of the connections. and then I hit with the air gun. the unit inside is pretty simple some transformers and large diaodes.
what parts may have failed to cause it to make 12+ volts on the charger side and 8.4 on the converter side? I have the wiring the diagram if that will help. |
