Does anyone know what and how to adjust a ross steering unit. I see where to do the adjustment , but I don't know the proper way to do this..... |

Ross steering gear is mighty touchy stuff been a while since I touched that stuff , whats the problem? |

It has about 5-7 inches of slack. Makes for a very busy drive. |

Make sure that a lot of that play isn't in the other components of the steering system, as that is usually where that much play is found. |

It has new tie rods, king pins,center link, steering gear about the only thing left. |

does it have a small steering column to steering box driveshaft or does the steering column connect pretty direct to the box? |
