If your tachometer is fed a signal from the generator or from a drive unit on a GMC 4905 w/8v71? I can't find a picture of the drive in my manuals or good wiring diagram. Thanks!

Looks a little different, mine doesn't do a 90 degree, but that looks like it. I assume this is a drive style. Will any 4 wire tach work with these? Here is one on e-bay I am looking at.
