I need a source (Mail Order/Internet) for Sikaflex 252 and 221. I have found the Marine 292, but can't seem to locate the other two. Thanks Lorna |

Try International Bus & Parts in Apopka, Fl 800-468-5287. Ask about expiration date, as I think this stuff has a specific shelf life. Jack |

It has an exact shelf life, not long, and requires its own cleaner and primer, watch out, once you open them, they will dry up even with the top closed. also temp sensitive. Some are suggesting staying away from this product, I dont know, never used it but was advised away from it. cd |

U might consider PL brand urethane adhesive found at Home Depot. Also at HD is the MD brands of urethane sealant and adhesives, which is made by Sika. Both much cheaper than the Sika brand name. Both are in primarily yellow tubes and both have good shelf life, clean w/acetone or lacquer thinner if not cured. |

You might want to check out 3m 8115 panel bonding adhesive this is what most body shops are using. Ihave seen it used and it is very strong . |

try West Marine http://www.westmarine.com/ there are tons of adhesives out there, I try and stay with 3M products after several very rude experiences in my offshore boating days |

Lorna, I found that the SolidBond and SolidSeal products are just as effective as the Sika brand and less expensive. Contact Rick at Byler Rivet Supply 972-986-6792. He has given me great service on my rivet and sealant needs. Good Luck, Steve |
