I tried several years ago to find kits or new air motors for my '59 '04. I was not successful. I suggest you find a way to convert to modern "pantograph arm" wipers like you find on most later buses. Those parts are still available. I do know that some tinkering will be needed on a 4104 as there is a vertical angle support right where the newer style motor assembly would normally go. I took my measurements of placement from a 4905 I owned. Jim-Bob |

Tekebird, what age would the peterbuilt or kenworth have to be to have the same air wipers? Inquiring minds need to know. |

forget. My Mechanic is the type that can track these sort of things down. best bet go into a Peterbuilt or Kenwrth shop and check the stop and start points vs what you have. I would guess that they were the last trucks that used air wipers. maybe miearly 90's |

You could probably look at the trucks & tell. A 4104 has the wiper pivot point located outboard & the wipers park almost horizontally like a car versus the later models that have the pivot centered & park vertically in the center. |
