I don't list names without their permission, but so far we have about 55 registrations. This is about what we had at this time last year. We expect to have less coaches this year due to higher fuel prices. Most of the rallies seem to be down slightly in numbers this fall. We finalized the supper menus last week. Sunday night will be 1/2 BBQ chicken, baked beans, potato salad, & cole slaw. Monday evening will be Ribs, roasted corn, & garlic buttered potatoes. The entertainment on Saturday night at the Ice Cream Social/Get Acquainted Party will be DJ Dave. Sunday night will be Cliff Ritchie, and Monday evening will be Jack Falls & Classic Country band. Sadly, I'm not going to make it this year. Travel budget has been spent on airline tickets next spring to see my son, who's stationed in Germany w/ the USAF. Haven't seen him in two years. . . But I'll be there in spirit!  | ||

ace are you going to be there? If you are I may drive down just to partake of a free dinner with you and the other guys and gals LOL. When is the dates again so not only me can remembeer but others. I will just drive me ole car since I still have to work for a living. thanks gomer | ||

Rally is from Saturday, December 29 through Tuesday, January 1, 2008. Early arrivals will start arriving on wednesday, December 26. Daily rate is &12 per person and includes breakfast, seminars, supper and evening entertainment. | ||

I would love to be able to make the rally but the dates cause a problem for me the kids don,t leave till the 27th or 28th and then from AZ to FL and back for the Jan Eagle rally in Quartzsite to many miles and not enough time | ||

Luvrbus, I understand. Unfortuanately, there are no dates that are good for everyone. We have found that 12/29 to 1/1 works for many and by keeping the same dates every year, it allows people to make long range plans. Maybe nest year? Jack | ||

Marvin, the only GOOD pickin you'll see and hear from me would probably have to come from my nose or other anatomy! I AM learning but very slowly! There will probably be a SLOOOOWWWWW jam at or near our coach IF we make it there! I have spent the last week and a half with my dad in the hospital and work has just drug me out of semi retirement to the point that I'm ready to quit all together. Our bus is till not up to snuff electronically so as of now it's day to day! Ace | ||

Ace, Sorry to hear your Dad is in the hospital. We will keep ya'll in our prayers. We will once again have the "Bluegrass Jam Tent" set up in the same location as last year. If you want to park in the "Bluegrass Area", we can run your power cord under the fence like we did last year. Jack | ||

Thanks Jack! My dad is back at the "facility"! He started caughing up a little blood and it turned out to be p-monia. The anitbiotics took care of that but it seems up to that point he actually od'd on Imonium ad, thanks to the "facility" and became compacted. They checked every organ he has while in the hospital and every thing came back negative. It was the one and only opportunity for me to actually tell him he was full of &^$%! That made him laugh! For being 86 he is doing pretty good as long as I stay on top of the "facility" to make sure they do what they are paid to do! Yea being close to the BG jam tent would be nice and IF I can get there, (dang bus) I'm sure we can work out the details once there! If I happen to get busy which is an understatement, and I don't get a chance to log on, I want everyone here and even you guys over there, (you know who you are) to have a great Thanksgiving which is just a few days away! Eat a lot and get real fat but try and stay warm and healthy! LOL Ace | ||

Well, at this point, it looks like things have turned around a bit and we are planning on attending. We'll be comming down in the wifes mini-van which will double as our accomidations. Jack, can you refresh my memory on what the deal is for camping. | ||

One more time! Now that time is getting closer, who has made plans on being down south in a couple of weeks? Jack, how many registered coaches are there now? You stated earlier in November, you had about 55 or so. Just curious as to what the turnout might be regarding up or down from years past with the fuel prices being up in most areas! Ace |
