Would like to change from a oil bath breather to a dry one on my 4905, I looked it over to day looks like it be a bugger to get out not much room.
Did you have to relocate the breather?.
I know some of you have done this ,Iwould apperciate any input on this subject.

Yes, it's a bear to change, but why? Unless you run dusty back roads I can't justify the cost. The changeover uses 3 NAPA # 2014 filters stacked one on top of the other, (along with a spacer-plate) and they are $28.00 bucks each. Have at it...JJ

Why would you want to change the oil bath air filter. You have the best filter money can by.All you need to do is service it once a year. You will have a better filter if you keep the one you have.
