Hi John, if you wnat to check with US Coach or Dean's Coach, they can give you more detail on where to look for cracked bulkheads.

Also, there is the Yahoo group GM busnuts, which has a wealth of information. I understand there is also a MAK board that I have never seen.

Something to keep in mind is that these buses are built more like airplanes than trucks. They don't rely on a frame to bolt eveything to. The engine cradle hangs on the roof, so it affects what you might do with them.

The skin is a structural member, so you do not want to be haphazard in how you handle it. The coach was not built for heavy point loading; it was set up to deal with the maximum weights from a full load of passengers and their baggage.
