HI,I have a 1988 TMC RTS and the turbo seems to be having problems.The bus has no power and the turbo is not giving any boost.I have checked all of the hoses around it and they seem ok.What other problems could be causing it?

1 Restricted air flow - intake or exhaust.

2 Turbo has mechanical problems- seized bearing?
