I thought I saw a post long way back about getting all the air out when you fill the radiator, something about air being trapped. I could not find it, does anyone know about this?
I have a 1989 Prevost XL with an 8V92TA.

Thanks,
Ray D

If you have recently drained the system, yes, you will need to bleed out the air. I don't know where the bleeder fittings on a prevost are, but there will be one on the driver's heater core. If you did service work and had those lines closed witht the valves, it may not help. Good Luck!

Not sure about a Prevost, but on our MC-8 8V71, there is a bleeder on the cross-over pipe between the thermostats on the engine and on top of the defroster heater core in the dash. There was also a bleeder on the OEM main heater core that we removed. Jack
