For those of you who gave me info on a paint shop and all others the eagle is currently being stripped by Central Carolina Body works. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have a great new looking bus.Try this link for a few shots of work in progress. http://good-times.webshots.com/album/562424057gIiovZ |

Posted some more in procees pictures of the Eagle. To answer your question it is a 1977 model 05 raised roof with model 15 windshields. It was my dad's bus.I kinda inherited it along with my mom ( a good thing ). She says whenever she is on a trip with me she will do the cooking and put fuel in the beast. http://good-times.webshots.com/album/562424057gIiovZ |

You are doing it right, removing all paint. This will give you a much better and longer lasting paint job. Thanks for posting the pics. We are both in the same stage, but I bet you will win! What kind of primer, paint is going on? |

Paul, I havn't talked or should I say e-mailed them this week. Don't want to put too much pressure on them let them take their time. I will call and see if he has any mor pictures probably Monday. I need to get the ok from my DR. to go get it anyway. Since I dropped it off I had to have a stent put in They found the left artery 95% blocked. I feel like a new person but figure I had better wait fot the heart DR. to give the go ahead.I also asked them what they would want to buff out the lower part of the bus while they had it. I'll post more pictures on the link and let you know when. Thanks Ed |

Ed, Sorry to hear about your medical problem. By all means don't rush it. We all can wait until you get the go ahead. Glad everything went well. I just get anxious looking at others work. Take Care, Paul |
