On my bus the door will not close to a seal. It looks good stop but going down the road it will open about 1/4 inch. The air lock will not pull the door in but will keep it from opening.how can I fix this Thanks

On my MCI 7, there is some adjustment possible for the door catch. It is hidden behind a plate that is on the catch itself. There may be one on the piston shaft itself. You may be able to take the play out. How are your door seals? If they are whipped, they would make the problem bigger. Hope this helps!

I saw a post on the 102A3 door closing issues written by R.J. Long not too long ago. Might want to look it up to see what, if anything, it has to offer for your situation.

Double check to see if there is an override control in operation. On my MC-8 there is a small lever under the dash that disables the air-locking mechanism.
