Hello all. You are not alone in checking the chat! |@N was kind enough to promote me to moderator status for DieselChat II. So that you know, lots of us log on for a quick peek, find ourselves alone, and then log off, missing one another, sometimes by seconds! In order to increase our odds of meeting one another, try opening another browser window or tab, logging on to DieselChat in one, and internet surf in the other. You could even watch television while monitoring! Have your sound turned up and listen for the signal that someone else has joined you. I used the new chat room last nite and our "resident moderator" helped me get started and how to post pictures on the screen, it worked great! This will be a great tool for real time discussions on our idea's and problems. Thanks Ian! (and buswarrior) | ||

Hello all. Busnuts are logging on to the chat during all hours of the day and night, and then logging off, with somewhat of a concentration morning and evening, which is typical of many internet activities. To steal a naval analogy, buses are passing in the night, with the lights off. Why don't we try to aim for a couple of time frames and see what happens? Log on and hang around for 30 minutes. Eastern Time: mornings between 8 am and 10 am and evenings between 7pm and 10 pm happy coaching! buswarrior | ||
