They will fit , and you will gain 1 or 2 MPH in top gear. Depending on tire diamerer of new VS old set. You will also loose a tiny bit of hill climbing. The 12's co$t lots MORE than the 11's and have no advantages, with a coach your weight.Are also usually heavier. Are they free? If not , what advantage do you see? 12's were used on coaches mostly to keep the coach drivers from making a couple of bucks selling the tires off the coach at a truck stop. They are sometimes needed on a grossly overweight coach , but an 04 never. FAST FRED |

Make sure you know where the "free" tire came from! Like they say theres no such thing as a free lunch. I put some tires off a sea container chasis on my o4 severa years ago and they came apart real soon. I found out that they use the ceapest tire in the industry on thos things. Havinng been in the trucking buss all my life I seen a lot of hot tires come through our yard and conversley we lost a few and found a few trailers with some real strange tires onthem, so they do swap and steal Johnny! |
