For those that want something a bit more industrial in their galley conversion , here is a site that creates SS doors or drawer ends.

Instead of "down home" the galley could look like a modern commercial kitchen.

Can get most any size OTS so the cost is reasonable.

BUT although SS is reflective , it is basically Dark , and might make the area seem smaller.
