I though I'd move this to the top of the threads.

After your input on the heater placements, I'm having trouble keeping my hose runs at less than 100'. That is what the pump is rated for. My pressure tank is to be placed in the upper engine compartment which is really convenient for my application. This facilates runs from front to back. Did you guys have this problem? If so what did you do? Dick Wright told me he does have a bigger pump, but that requires more amps.

Why don't you call Vehical Systems? They have tech help that will review your application/installation with you FREE. They reviewed my schematic with me and told which valves & hose to use and not to use and were very helpful. 1-800-685-4298.
