I have an MC-9 with a 8V71 with and auto.and I'm getting quite an oil leak where the oil cooler bolts on to the engine is there a gasket kit for this or any ideas.

Barry, there is a gasket for the front cover and behind the oil cooler call a DD dealer with the serial number off your engine and he will have it,man is that a nasty job remember to drain you cooling system and there are some bolts on the inside of the cooler forgot to tell you but if the transmission is running through that cooler you will need 2 of each on the gaskets good luck

Is the leak coming from the gasket joint? Sometimes, the leak can be from one or more bolts. I had one bolt which must have had the threads tapped into the oil gallery and the oil leaked around the bolt. I removed the bolt and added a copper washer, tightened it down and no more leak. HTH.
