I have since sold my MCI 9 and am looking into an MCI 7. I loved the MCI 9, am I going to love an MCI 7? What are the differences other than exterior differences?

". . . am I going to love an MC-7?"

IMHO - No, and here's why:

Smaller windows & smaller windshield - feels like you're looking out of a cave compared to a 9. . .

Very, very few with automatics. . .

Less stainless steel in chassis = more rust-prone. . .

Different dash w/ fewer instruments. . .

Unless upgraded, won't have integral steering. . .

Much, much harder to get body panels if they're crunched. . .

Orignally had smaller (narrower) brakes than 9s, may have been upgraded. . .

Roofline far more rounded than 9s, more like GMCs. . .

Very difficult to find replacement glass/rubber for "hump" windows, if at all. . .

Look extremely UGLY with front roof cap. . .

Drop-center aisle makes conversion more challenging. . .

Very hard to keep cool in hot SW US. . .

JMHO. . .
