Have you ever thought about opening up your own Bus building company? You practicly built it from the ground up.

A very well done job, you should be very proud.

This could be the only bus I build.....I was going to have this finished in 6 months, that was 3 years ago........Prevost doesn't need my input they build a nice bus......I've taken my time and i've made a few mistakes but backed up and changed those......it would have been nice to be inside and have done this. I've heard all of the remarks about Eagle, but let me tell you I had a fair amount of rust also, but I decided I was going to do this to the best of my ability, it has been a learning process for sure.......thanks for the nice comments, without these boards I would have never been able to accomplish this task! I still have a way to go.......but this fall should wrap it up! I hope!.......

Does Sikaflex have the expiration date stamped on the tube? I want to buy some, but I want to know it's still fresh enough to use.

Don, Yes Sika comes with a shelf date, I buy mine from Austin Hardware they are online and are good about watching the dates....I always ask them to give me 6 months of shelf date to work with, it took 4 cases to do my bus, and 3 cases of primer and 4 cases of cleaner, the cleaner and primer come in 210ml shipping cans which isn't much.....so you need to mask and prep only the area that will come into contact with the Sika 252. The bead area is critical when it comes to thickness of bead so don't skimp on it trying to save money, or you will be doing it over! Surface area prep in my case I went to bare metal and cleaned and prepared both the chassis and the panel! I've had to order everything I need I live in Mayberry and no one carries much of anything here! Again good luck!
