stuck leveling valve?
its right over the air drier, bolted up to the floor.( I think there's a rod between the valve and the front axle)
Be extra carefull getting up under there.

Only one level control valve in the front. If it is getting air to it, and not working, the valve could need replacing (home rebuilds on these are not always successful). Perhaps the linkage connecting the valve to the axle has become disconnected. Likely, and an easy fix. Block vehicle VERY securely before crawling under. Valve and linkage are very obvious above the axle.

As already described, check the leveling valve linkage...one additional item is does your bus have a 'kneeling' feature? It could be that the bus is kneeling.
You'll get a 'low-air' idiot light in the dash.
Otherwise, I'd put my money on the front leveling valve....located just inside the RH frame area.
If your coach has 'air-beams' these may leak without your hearing anything.
You could tell by slow air-build...or rapid cycling of the air compressor once aired up.
Air beams are used on 83 and earlier units.

I had my front stop airing up and it was the beams leaking slowly.
I took the output line off of the front leveling valve and shot air from my shop compressor and the front aired right up. The valve is liquid filled and SLOWLY lets air in or out. The small amount of volume going to my bags couldn't overcome the beam leak.
Two block off plates and some creative tubing and it was back to normal.
