I have a 1973 MCI 5b Challenger that has some dings and dents to several of the bay doors. I'd like to get them taken out, but I have no idea who does this type of work. Any suggestions? I live in Bellevue Washington.

I would imagine replacement of the doors wuld be expensive?

Unless you plan to paint the doors, removing dings & dents in the SS panels is very difficult. Even the best body shops use bondo for the final step in dent removal before painting. If you want to keep the SS look, best bet is to look for some used panels that are in better shape than yours. Another option is to install new panels, but be sure you are sitting down when they tell you the price. Jack
PS: that's why we still have panels with a few minor dings & dents.

There are some new luggage door panels on e-bay at the present time. Just type in mci bus and they should come up.
