Does anyone have experince with the installation of reniassance fiberglass breast panels on a 102C3. I purchased the panel from R&M fiberglass and I am looking for advise before I start cutting and hacking to make it fit. I am wondering if this is a one size fits all or if I mistakenly got the wrong panel. If I line the headlights up with the breast plate where they should be mounted then there is nowhere to rivit the fiberglass too along the bottom and the fiberglass is more than 2" away from the the windshield area and I can't rivet up there either. If I adjust it up or down then there is nowhere to mount the headlights without cutting out some major structure. I can't seem to reach anyone at R&M for the past week. Any suggestions Regards, Ross |

Ross: What you need is the video from R&M that shows you how to do it. If it is the same as my MC9, there are modifications that you have to do to make the new headlights fit. You also have to notch out for the wiper shafts. Not real simple, but if I did it, you can. |

Wayne I have the video form R&M but my front is different form the one in the video and I dont have to notch for the headlights, but where my wipers are is at a different angle and not sunk in as far as the instructional video. I have removed my wiper and am just trying to get the headlights and the breast plate aligned with the windshield. As well when the headlights are aligned there is no where to rivet the breast plate along the bottom. I will try and take some pictures Regards, Ross |
