For those of you who were lucky enough to attend, did anyone take any pictures? For those who could not go we would like to see what we missed. The photos of the Quartzite Rally on the new website look very good, Thanks Dale. Paul |

Thanks Paul, Quartzsite was first Eagle rally so I took TONS of pictures. I am up here in Northern CA now picking up my new Model 20 so I didn't get to go to Branson. But Wayne took lots of pictures and I am sure that others did as well. I will start posting those on the website as soon as I get them. If anyone has photos from Branson that they would like to have posted, they can be sent to me at 'dale at eaglesinternational.net'. And for those who have not seen the site yet, go to http://www.eaglesinternational.net The site is still under construction but the club information is there, as well as an application and all the criteria to join. Now is the best time to join Eagles International! It is only three months till the Quartzsite rally, and I hear 3 more were announced at Branson. |

Clifford, What kind of software did you get? If you have MS you can add that feature for free, so when you right click on a photo, there is a "Resize Photo", left click on it and choose your size. It's on the Microsoft web page. Let me know if I can help you with it. If you have photo shop I can't help you, I don't have that program. Paul |

I had photo shop a few years ago. It is a really neat program, but you have to play with it to understand it. Next time we see each other I can help you. Don't delete it just yet. I just don't have one on any of our computers, otherwise I could step you through it. |

Paul is right. Don't delete Photoshop. It is the main program in my arsenal. Of course I have been using it since Version 1 way back in 1984, but I can help you out as well. Photoshop is great for editing photos and cropping out only the sections you want. But there are also little freebie programs that will do bulk resizing of photos. Like if you have an entire folder full of bus pictures, you can tell it what size you want to make them and it will do it all for you at once and rename them, as well as keeping your originals for you in a separate folder. |

Dale, I have been thinking about trying to find a program to do bulk resizing. It is such a pain to do one at a time. Let us know which program you use. Jim |

Jim, I'm sorry it took so long to find this message. Been busy working on that Eagle forum, you know! haha I will find the program that I use for you. It is a tiny free program that I got a while back. It works well although I rarely use it. I mostly just do the photos I want in Photoshop. Another option for people who need to resize and store photos for posting on forums is ImageShack. They are a free hosting service and they automatically resize your photos for you! You tell them the size you want based on what you want to do and they resize it and even give you the link to copy/paste in the forum for the resized photo to show. http://www.imageshack.com But I will still find that other program name for you. |
