I know there is a drain hole for the condensate to drain out of the A/C unit, but so far I have been unable to locate it. The unit is a Duo/Therm Penguin. Can anyone point me in the direction of the drain? Thanks Gus Haag |

I have a similiar problem. The bus air was removed from my 80 Eagle, but I get hot air from the Webasto vents while driving. I am sure there must be a fresh air intake somewhere that is causing this problem, but I do not have a clue as to where to start looking. Richard |

Dometic Penguin units have a drain hole on each side in the styrofoam trough. Remove the cover and you will see it. If you drive with the driver window open, you can create enough vacuum in the bus (provided the rest is sealed pretty well) that air will be drawn into the drain holes and make the condensate splash. This can drip through the ceiling vents and onto the floor. Took me a while to figure that one out. Jim |

Look on the side of the bus about 2/3 of the way back. Ours has a hole about 2 1/2" with a sliding cover under a little door on each side. These are above the baggage doors I think & forward of the fuel fills about 4-5 feet. |
