Well, The grand and glorious plan to re-power the old Silversides has nearly gone full circle. First, I was charged with High Treason, on this very spot, by suggesting I was looking for a (ugh) Cummins or Cat to zoom with. Then, after deciding a 6-71TA would do the job, things got really hot (figuratively) so now I've decided to stay natural and upgrade to a 4-valve, N70 6-71. My question is: Can I use my existing bottom end and just bolt up a 4 valve head with N70 injectors and have a 240HP motor? And, if so, does anyone have a head to sell? |
