My stop lights just stoped working no my 4905. Put two new bulbs, and checked the switches. They have good ground, but don't work. Has anybody experienced this befor. And how was it fixed.Thanks |

Al Are those 24 volt? |

Yes that is a 24 volts system. And I replaced both bulbs. They were working just fine, when they decided to not work anymore. AL |

You need to trace the circuit. It helps to have a circuit tracer that puts an audio signal on the line after the brake light switch. Using a probe and headphones you can follow the signal. |

IF the light on the dash that says "Brakes" when you step on the pedal goes on , there is a problem in the wiring in the back. If it doesn't you probably wore out the air switch that turns on the rear lights & dash indicator. A new one is about $35 or so,and very easy to install, but its well under the bus. A very sturdy set of ramps , or a drainage ditch is needed. Call Luke 1-888-Coach 34 , and the part will be on its way that same afternoon. FAST FRED |
