Randi On my 88-15 the valve behind the radiator was doing me the same way. On examination, off was on and on was off. Still is but now I know it. REWARD |

Randi, check the one on the engine block and make sure your boster pump is working and there is a electric control valve in the front bay you remove the blower covers to check, the latter will proably be the problem good luck (Message edited by luvrbus on November 22, 2008) |

I dunno if the Eeekle is like the MCI, but if the temperature sensor has been removed during conversion, the system may not know you're calling for heat. On my MCI (the one I once HAD), there were a few valves, some mechanical and at least one that was electro-mechanical; that was the one that opened if the thermostat told it to. Easy to change to mechanical, tho, or lock it open. |

the bleed air post is good advice and make sure there is not a return valve that might be closed also. We have 2 valves on ours. To bleed the air you will have to remove the return hose and block off the port and start your engine to see if you have flow from the engine to the front and then back to the engine or you could do the same thing at the dash blower if you have access. |

RANDI- I have a 89 Mo15 and it has two valves. One is located behind the lower part or the radiator as you have found and I have another valve on the other side of the motor on the return line. If that one is closed you have no circulation. I had the same problem that you had not producing heat. I did not know that the valve was there until I opened the rear floor hatch and was exploring with a flashlight and there it was hidden from view from the AC area. Even with the AC stuff removed it was tucked in behind the frame. Now I can reach in and feel for the handle to turn it on /off. Hope yours is set up the same. GOOD LUCK ARTHUR |

Hi Randi, Why don't you pop over to the Eagles International site, lots of good information and always get help from Eagle Owners. Would be good to have you come aboard. Eagles International Paul |

VAN- The valves that I have look to be standard Ball valves with offset flat handles. They are open when the handle is in line with the plumbing line. I Would Not assume that all ball valves could be the same. It is possible that some could be modified for equip. placement. (just a thought) Happy Bussin ARTHUR |
