I was driving my skoolie this morning--picking up the rebuilt engine, as well as keeping everything in working order. My friend was with me (witness to my witlessness), so I can't weasel out of it...... I was going out the rear (emergency) door at a gas station, talking about bus stuff with him. I had a brainless moment, & stepped out---3' above the ground! A short fall (fortunately not onto cement), a loud shout, & some very colorful words followed....... Oooooops. On the plus side, the new 460 is ready to install. |

I think a lawsuit might be in order! How could the designers design and manufacturers build such a faulty escape door? You would think they would have had some sort of (hundreds of) stickers, or warning bells, or a guard rail, or a air cushion or somethin'............. |

Like they told me my first day in parachute school, the falling isn't too bad, but the landing can really suck. |
